  • Use online banking alerts to frequently monitor account activity.
  • Require dual authorization for ACH, bill pay or wire transactions.
  • Avoid using automatic login features.
  • Do not access online banking from public Wi-Fi or computers.
  • Use Fraud Prevention Tools like Check Positive Pay and ACH Filter to monitor transactions and flag unauthorized activity before funds leave your account.
  • Report any suspicious activity right away!

Remember the Bank will never ask you for…

  • Your digital banking password
  • Your full account number
  • Your full debit or credit card number
  • Your CVV number
  • Your PIN
  • Your full social security number
  • Multifactor verification numbers

Here’s what the bank will do:

  • If you call the Bank regarding any changes to your address, who accesses or signs into your account, payment order requests or a change in payment order requests, we will call you back at a known phone number to verify that we are indeed speaking to you.

For all, if you are speaking to someone claiming to be from the bank asking for any of the above information, disengage and contact the bank at 651-384-4600.
