This Privacy Policy was created to ensure the confidence of visitors and customers (“you” or “your”) to the www.entrebank.com website (the “Site”) and the EntreBank app (the “App”; collectively with the “Site”, the “Services”), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of your privacy.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time.

These are primarily used by EntreBank to gauge the success of our own advertising. 7. Data Transfers
Because EntreBank is based in the United States, your personal information may be collected and processed in the United States. Additionally, as part of the Site and App, information that we receive about you may be transferred to and stored in one or more countries other than where you currently reside. For example, this may occur if any of our servers or third-party service providers are located in a country other than yours. These countries may have different data protection laws than your current residence. However, if we transfer your personal information in this way, we will put in place appropriate protection to make sure it is treated in line with this Privacy Policy.
8. Retention
We will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to perform the processing activity for that information, as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us, or as required or allowed by law. The relevant retention period is determined on a case-by-case basis because it depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected, why it is processed, and any legal or operational retention needs. For example, we may retain your data for as long as you use our Services. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site or App. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site or App. Updates and changes to the Website Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and the Privacy Policy will continue to govern your use of the Site and App even if you elect not to receive notice of such changes.
