How does EntreBank collect my

  • EntreBank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint MarketingA formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include mortgage companies, mortgage investors, insurance companies, direct marketing
    companies, debit card, credit card and prepaid card companies.

State Privacy Laws: Various state laws provide residents with additional privacy protections. We will comply with these additional laws/regulations if they apply to you. As States add new privacy protections, EntreBank will comply with these additional laws as they apply to you. This notice will not be explicitly revised for state law changes.   • Connecticut, Illinois, North Dakota Residents Only: We will not share your non-public personal informationwith affiliates or nonaffiliates without your authorization, except as permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy was created to ensure the confidence of visitors and customers (“you” or “your”) to the www.entrebank.com website (the “Site”), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of your privacy.

a. Personal Information Collected. If you request that a catalog be mailed to your postal address, you may request to be placed on our mailing list to receive periodic mailings from us.

b. Information from Children. This Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. EntreBank does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not access this Site.

c. Cookies. When you visit this Site, EntreBank may store some information on your computer. EntreBank may use Personal Information to send you information about our services from time to time, or to contact you when necessary.  We use your Personal Information to customize and tailor your experience on the Site and display content that we think you might be interested in according to your preferences.  In order to keep our customers informed about our services, we may send e-mail notices to you.  Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us to respond to information requests, or with information regarding orders they have placed online.

3. Sharing of Personal Information

EntreBank will not sell, rent, share, monitor, edit, or disclose any Personal Information about you, including its contents or your use of the Site, without your prior consent. EntreBank may share your Personal Information for the limited purposes noted below:

You may choose not to provide EntreBank with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use this Site. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Updates and changes to the Website Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and the Privacy Policy will continue to govern your use of the Site even if you elect not to receive notice of such changes.
