How does EntreBank collect my
personal information?

    companies, debit card, credit card and prepaid card companies.
State Privacy Laws: Various state laws provide residents with additional privacy protections. We will comply with these additional laws/regulations if they apply to you. As States add new privacy protections, EntreBank will comply with these additional laws as they apply to you. This notice will not be explicitly revised for state law changes. Some examples of additional state privacy protections include:
  • Connecticut, Illinois, North Dakota Residents Only: We will not share your non-public personal informationwith affiliates or nonaffiliates without your authorization, except as permitted by law.
  • California Residents Only: We will not sell information we collect about you to third parties, but we may share information as permitted by California law, such as to process your transactions, maintain your account, or offer products jointly marketed with other financial companies.

This Privacy Policy was created to ensure the confidence of visitors and customers (“you” or “your”) to the website (the “Site”), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of your privacy.

b. Information from Children. This Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. EntreBank does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not access this Site.

c. Cookies. When you visit this Site, EntreBank may store some information on your computer. EntreBank may use Personal Information to send you information about our services from time to time, or to contact you when necessary.  We use your Personal Information to customize and tailor your experience on the Site and display content that we think you might be interested in according to your preferences.  In order to keep our customers informed about our services, we may send e-mail notices to you.  Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us to respond to information requests, or with information regarding orders they have placed online.

3. Sharing of Personal Information

EntreBank will not sell, rent, share, monitor, edit, or disclose any Personal Information about you, including its contents or your use of the Site, without your prior consent. EntreBank may share your Personal Information for the limited purposes noted below:

EntreBank may share Personal Information with other companies and individuals to perform services such as analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, and providing customer service. Such companies shall only use your Personal Information for those purposes required to perform their functions.

b. Legal Obligations. EntreBank may share your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of EntreBank; (iii) enforce this Agreement; (iv) protect the interests of other users of the Site or any other person; or (v) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of the Site or equipment.

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. The privacy of communication over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, because the Internet is not a secure medium. 6. Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Updates and changes to the Website Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and the Privacy Policy will continue to govern your use of the Site even if you elect not to receive notice of such changes.
